HolmestrandIT helps businesses in Holmestrand and the surrounding area with networks, Wi-Fi and everyday IT problems. We work on site at the customer's premises and use remote support when it suits the task.
With us, you deal directly with the person who helps you. We familiarise ourselves with how you work, look into the problem and explain what should be done next.
Experience with networks that have to work in practice
Our expertise is based on four years of relevant work experience in Northern Norway and Oslo. Among other things, this experience includes the following tasks from previous work:
Six locations with access to the same resources. Setting up networks and connections between the sites, so that employees could move between workplaces and still have access to equipment, printers and systems.
Wi-Fi and connections to fish farms out at sea. A set-up for equipment and sensors, with access and control from a central control room.
We bring this experience to the planning, troubleshooting and documentation we do for our customers.
How we work
We establish your needs and agree the price limit before the work starts. Existing equipment and set-up are assessed before we recommend new purchases.
After the job, you get an explanation of what has been done and what, if anything, remains. Documentation and access are agreed as part of the delivery, so that you have an overview of your own solution.
You can book a single job when something stops working, have a new network planned or choose ongoing support. You do not need a service agreement to get help.

We are based in Holmestrand and take on jobs in the surrounding area. Other locations and larger projects are agreed separately. Normal contact hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 15:00, with on-site visits at short notice subject to capacity.
