An overview of your network and backups
We set up backups and offer ongoing support for agreed networks and backup jobs. You get an overview of what is checked, what we have done and anything that may need more work.
You can order set-up and help as one-off jobs. Ongoing support is a separate choice.
Backup to equipment you own
A NAS is a storage device connected to the network. We can set up backup to a NAS you own, with agreed content, history and access.
The solution can have a NAS at your premises, with us, or one in each place. The placement must suit both the need for access and what the copy is meant to protect against. A copy on the same premises can also be affected by fire or theft.
An extra copy in another location, restricted access and protection against unwanted deletion are considered as part of the set-up. We agree which data should be copied and how restores should be tested.
Simple backup set-up from NOK 3,290 for labour. This covers one compatible NAS, up to three agreed backup jobs, a check of the first copy and a small restore test with a documented result. The NAS, disks and licences are extra. Microsoft 365, larger server solutions, large amounts of data and additional NAS units get a separate quote.
Placing the customer's NAS with us is priced by agreement. If you have two NAS units, the set-up and ongoing support must cover both.
Choose the ongoing support you need
Network, from NOK 790 per month
For one site and up to five named network devices.
- Assessment of relevant alerts from the agreed systems during working hours.
- Monthly review of status, configuration backup and the need for updates.
- Up to 30 minutes of remote work per month for agreed maintenance and minor fixes on the network devices.
- A short status update with the work carried out, issues found and recommendations.
Backup, from NOK 690 per month
For one customer-owned NAS and up to three agreed backup jobs.
- Assessment of agreed error alerts on working days.
- Monthly check of status, capacity and the agreed backup history.
- Up to 15 minutes of remote work per month for minor fixes to the backup jobs.
- A limited restore test of agreed files every quarter, with up to 30 minutes of work and a documented result.
Network and backup, from NOK 1,290 per month
Combines what is in the two options above: one site, up to five network devices, one NAS and up to three backup jobs. Includes a combined 45 minutes of remote work per month and the same quarterly restore test of up to 30 minutes.
What we agree before we start
You get a written overview of devices, checks, working time and price. An existing set-up must be surveyed before ongoing support starts. For a limited set-up, the survey at NOK 2,290 may be suitable; larger reviews and necessary fixes are agreed separately. With a new installation, onboarding can be included in the quote.
Regular checks, routine assessment of alerts and a status summary are included in the monthly price. This comes in addition to the minutes of remote work. Planned updates and minor fixes come out of the work allowance. Unused time is not carried over to the next month.
On-site visits, ordinary PC and printer help, larger fixes, full restores, new equipment and licences are extra unless they are expressly included in the quote. We agree additional work with you before we start.
Alerts can come in around the clock. We handle them Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 15:00. The agreement does not provide 24-hour on-call cover or a guarantee that all faults will be detected and fixed within a set time. Nor is a test of selected files a full restore test for the whole business.
Ongoing support has a 30-day notice period and no initial minimum term. Equipment rental has its own agreed terms.
