IT help for businesses

The visit price is the minimum charge for the agreed visit. Two hours of work on site costs NOK 2,480 in total.
The local area is about 20 minutes' normal travel time one way from Holmestrand town centre. We confirm the address and price limit before the visit. Longer journeys and any work outside Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 15:00, are priced by agreement in advance. On-site visits at short notice are possible, subject to capacity.
Troubleshooting is skilled work and is charged within the agreed price limit, even when the findings show that equipment must be replaced or another supplier must fix the fault. You are told what we have examined, what we found and what we recommend next.
Network and backup

Equipment, disks and licences are extra where applicable. Microsoft 365 backup, complex servers, large amounts of data and additional NAS units are assessed separately. Installation visits that are included in a project price do not carry an extra visit fee.

Regular checks, routine assessment of alerts and a status summary are included in addition to the minutes of work. Unused time is not carried over. Ongoing support is provided Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 15:00. On-site visits, ordinary user support, larger fixes, full restores and equipment are separate services unless otherwise agreed.
Onboarding, devices and scope are confirmed in writing. Ongoing support has a 30-day notice period and no initial minimum term.
Equipment and other services
Buying and renting equipment is priced by quote. The quote shows installation, ownership, any rental period and running costs. Placing a customer-owned NAS with us is priced separately. You can also buy agreed, compatible equipment yourselves and order the set-up from us.
A website for businesses costs NOK 299 per month, or NOK 399 with a Google Business Profile. Set-up is NOK 0 within the agreed scope, and the service is invoiced quarterly in advance. Domain and e-mail are extra. See the separate service pages and the terms for websites.

Help for private individuals has its own prices and limits:
