An office, a warehouse and an outdoor area have different needs. We help with troubleshooting and planning for Wi-Fi, firewalls and networks, whether you want to improve what you have or plan something new.
When the connection causes problems
Do video meetings drop out? Is the internet fast next to the router but slow at your desk? Do computers or printers lose their connection?
We investigate the problem before we recommend any action. Coverage, capacity, equipment placement, the internet connection and settings may all be relevant. The solution may be to adjust the existing set-up, or to replace and supplement equipment.
Free initial network check
We start with a short conversation to clarify the problem and whether your premises are suitable for the check.
This is what you get:
- Up to 30 minutes on site in one small space, agreed in advance.
- Selected measurements and observations related to the problem.
- A short summary with findings and recommended next steps.
The check is offered in the local area, about 20 minutes' normal travel time one way from Holmestrand town centre. It is free, and you do not need to buy anything afterwards.
This is a first assessment. A full survey, large outdoor areas and any fixes are agreed separately. If the fault cannot be reproduced during the visit, we describe what remains unclear.
When you need a more thorough review
A survey of a space with a simple layout, with the scope agreed in advance, costs NOK 2,290. It includes up to 90 minutes on site and a short written action plan. We agree the scope of the measurements before you order.
Larger premises, multiple buildings and multiple locations get a separate quote.
Purchase, rental and ongoing support
New equipment can be bought or rented by quote. The quote shows the equipment, ownership and any running costs.
You can choose ongoing support for the agreed network, or contact us when you need to. Ongoing network support starts at NOK 790 per month for one site and up to five named network devices.
